Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded or access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us at greg@caniretireinthailand.com within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and that your right to cancel is forfeited once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

If a Product Does Not Match Its Description

The above does not affect your right to a refund, replacement, or other remedy where a product is materially not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees under applicable law. If you believe a product you purchased does not match its description, contact us at greg@caniretireinthailand.com with details, and we will review the claim and provide an appropriate remedy.
